Juicing for Protein

Others do it because they love the way homemade juices taste and find that it is a more cost effective way to get good natural juice. However, some people juice in order to get a lot of protein into their diets instead of eating meat. While this is not a terrible thing, if someone is juicing for protein purposes, it must be done with care.
For someone who is juicing for protein reasons, the best things to use are spinach, celery, sting beans, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower. Adding collards, turnip greens and kale are also a good idea. Leafy greens that are dark are perfect in the protein department.

Simple Green Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
½ bunch of kale
½ bunch of spinach
1 cucumber
3 stalks of celery
Feed the ingredients through your juicer and serve.
