Energize with Fresh Juice

One fantastic way to bring energy levels up is to invest in a power juicer and make delicious and nutritious juice at home. When most people start to feel lethargic and drained, they tend to reach for junk foods such as candy bars, chips and other fatty and greasy foods. Unfortunately, foods like this will only provide a temporary high and leave the body crashing sooner than later. A much better alternative to junk food for energy purposes is homemade juice using your best juicer.
Vegetables and fruits that are used in juices are the natural energizers. They give the body so many wonderful things, including vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients. The natural juice from fruits and vegetables help the body to operate properly and gives the body what it needs to feel vital and energized. Juices from grocery stores may taste okay, but they do not provide the body with what naturally juiced mixes do. Plus, once you have tasted a glass of homemade juice using a juice extractor, you may never go back to the store bought type!
Energizing Juicer Recipe:
1 grapefruit
1 apple
1 sweet potato
1 semi ripe pear
1 orange
