Orange: Oranges, a favorite for mornings, can add the entire daily value of vitamin C, which will boost your immune system.
Echinacea: Echinacea is highly regarded for its medicinal purposes and ability to fight off colds and the flu. Echinacea works by strengthening the immune system and increasing the speed of lymph flow in the body creating a quicker means of riding the body of toxins. By juicing echinacea, rather than taking it in capsule form, you are assuring that you consume the entire plant, with none of the antibiotic properties lost to processing.
Watermelon: Usually, vitamin C is associated with orange juice, but fortunately it is also found in abundance in watermelon juice which contributes towards achieving a robust immune system. It also slows down the aging process.
Beetroot: Beetroot juice contains rich nutrients such as calcium, Vitamins A and C, iron, folic acid, fiber, potassium and manganese that fight diseases and assist the body to transport and utilize fats appropriately.

1 beet,
4 Carrots
Handful of Kale

Watermelon-Orange Juice
Ingredients
4 cups chopped watermelon cubes, deseeded
1 medium or large sized orange
4-5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
