1 (medium) beetroot
2 radish
3 broccoli heads and stalks
1 medium carrot
1 stick of celery
1/2 (medium)potato
1/2 inch ginger (or to taste)

1. Wash all the vegetables.
2. Peel only the ginger.
3. Juice it in your
power juicer.
4. Your juice is ready to be served.
