How to start a juice diet?

  • A week before the diet, a person should stop eating food that contains animal meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. A person should also not consume alcohol or smoke or drink anything with caffeine. This should continue till the diet is over.
  • Since before the diet, a person is not supposed to eat certain foods, it is recommended instead that a person start eating raw vegetables and fruits.
  • The person should consume fruits like grapes, melons, apples and citrus fruits. Vegetables like lettuce and sprouts are also good pre-fast foods.
  • Slowly during the week before the start of the diet, replace meals like breakfast with juice and then start drinking juice before dinner.


What to do during the juice diet?

  • Consume around 32 to 64 ounces of juice.
  • Juicing the following fruits like apple, pineapple, oranges, cranberry and vegetables like cabbage, kale, spinach, beet and green vegetables are recommended.
  • The person should also not forget to drink 6-7 glasses of water daily.
  • Try different recipes with your juice extractor so that you don’t get bored.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oranges
  • 8 peeled lemons
  • 2 bunches of grapes
