Beet juice can also assist in bring relief to menopause symptoms, menstrual problems, assist in skin health and regeneration, and help speed up and maintain weight loss. 

Because of the strength of beet juice, never juice beets without adding other fruits and vegetables to the juicing recipe. The best companions for beet juicing recipes include green apples, carrots, ginger and cucumbers.

Beets are also high in oxalic acid, and should never be mixed with vegetables high in calcium, such as broccoli.  Anyone suffering from gout, osteoporosis and kidney stones should avoid beet juice.
