Besides, it supports immune function, gives strength to bones and improves thyroid gland function. Along with carotene, there are other anti-oxidants in carrots that prevent inflammation and an outburst of cancerous cells. Due to its natural anti-septic properties, carrot juice gives you the strength to recover quickly from wounds and injuries. And those who take carrot juice daily are less likely to develop inflammation and swellings.

Ingredients:
6 leaves of Swiss Chard
2 Apples
1 wedge Red Cabbage
2 large Carrots
1 piece Ginger (thumb sized)
1/4 lemon

Wash all ingredients, peel lemon, and run all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy.
