Now that summer is here, you can find assortment of fruits and vegetables such as apples, Blackberries, beets, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Blueberries, cucumbers, cilantro, cantaloupes, zucchini just to name a few.
Try these delicious summer juicing recipes!
Veggie Delight
5 medium sized carrots with the tops and ends cut off
4 medium stalks of celery
A fistful of parsley without the stems
1 medium zucchini peeled, not chopped
1 small beet
Half of a grapefruit, no rind
Feed the ingredients through your juicer and enjoy.
Carrot/Apple Blend
2 large apples; one red and one green
4 large carrots pealed
2 small stalks of celery
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup of parsley
Once again, juice and enjoy!
